Ceramic Tile in Denver and Colorado Springs

Today, the ceramic tile industry has products for floors, interior and exterior walls, columns, countertops, tabletops, bathrooms, shower walls, kitchens, fireplaces, fountains and monuments.

Ceramic tile is the most common tile used in most households in Denver and Colorado Springs.  It is relatively the least expensive tile in the Denver and Colorado Springs marketplace today when comparing it to other tiles and natural stones.

Ceramic is virtually maintenance-free flooring material. A damp cloth, sweeping or mopping is all it takes to keep the tiles looking new. Grit can be reduced by vacuuming or mopping with warm water. Liquid-based household tile cleaners are also available in the market. Acid-based cleaners and abrasive powders or creams are harsh and can damage the silicates in ceramic tile glazes. Mild solutions such as diluted bleach are the best for cleaning.

Always test it first in a small, isolated spot before using it on the entire tile surface. Rinsing must be done with clean, clear water and the tiles be dried immediately with cloth towels.
