Mike Boire

President & Co-Founder

An Oregon native, Mike had the opportunity to play baseball at Oregon State University in the 90's. This was followed by overseas baseball time with the Wannaroo Giants of Perth, Australia.

Upon ending his playing career, Mike moved into the business world where he has come to focus on flooring. Mike spends much of his spare time mountain biking, travelling, and coaching high school varsity baseball.

Mike brings the knowledge of the value of team and the system that must be in place to create a winning atmosphere. It is with this philosophy that he approaches his business, his employees, and his clients.

Aaron Newman

Vice President & Co-Founder

An Arizona native, Aaron graduated from the University of Arizona after spending four years in the Air Force.

An avid outdoorsman, Aaron spends much of his spare time skiing, climbing 14ers, and white water rafting. After working several years as a youth counselor, Aaron fulfilled his dream of owning a small business by co-founding Colorado Carpet & Flooring.

Aaron brings his “win-win” philosophy along with a knowledge of flooring to help clients find flooring solutions that best suit their individual needs and budget.

Regina Hardin

Sales Manager

With over 22 years of experience in flooring and carpet installations, Regina is a true expert when it comes to carpet, hardwood, and installations.

Regina has been married for 22 years to her husband Mike and has two daughters, Lisa and Brook.

In her off time, Regina likes to barbeque with Mike and be around her family and friends.

Tom Grimes

Hardwood Installer

With over 18 years of hardwood flooring experience, Tom is a true expert and professional when it comes to hardwood installations and hardwood refinishing.

Tom (left) has teamed up with his son Tommy (right) to make the best hardwood flooring team in Southern Colorado.

Their attention to detail, customer service, and passion for wood is apparent on every single job.
